    Rock botom prices we hear about in the US are all in areas that couldnt raise 40k at auction at the top of the market. In black and hispanic areas with high crime. No one with any money buys in there.
    As for here, with WPC newly offering fixed rate mortgages for 3 years at 6.95%, dont hold your breathwaiting for much fall here.
