You could be right, I also get the feeling we are creating class systems that we’ve spent hundreds of years breaking down where people’s wealth will be mainly inherited generally
Increasing rents are still below the added costs of servicing a loan, I see rents continually going up and more people will end up being in each dwelling, this trend has already started.
The current class system now is really young against the old and the young are essentially apathetic to what’s happening so I think will remain status quo for maybe another ten years before political pressure becomes too much and they want more socialist policies.
I’m heading off in couple week to look at beach shack on coast for few million dollars, it’s absolutely ridiculous as the Australian cost is so large and the house looks to be close to 50 years old, but that’s the current reality, fortunately I am high income earner but it does feel like the greater fool theory
