no way would i start building now anyway...be holding off for a bit...housing market is next to take a decent hit next 12-24 mths without question..
some good reading for them re housing, you will see how overpriced australia is and its all legit figures...the trend must reverse:

personal opinion above but ive had 25 years in the housing market industry and for whhat its worth many areas of oz are headed for a significant slide.
