You are unlikely to have any problems with Metricon , Its a strong business . Might take a while to get the build contract , because they have lots on .
It makes little difference if there were a problem , the houses get finished as per the contact price , just like when " Avonwood " went under about 8 years , just takes a little longer .
But Metricon should be fine , they recieve progress payments on all the jobs to assist cashflow . I will follow this up , but Im certain your relatives wont have a problem .
