if you bought a house 3 years ago for say for 450000
now it worth 400000 and in 2 years time it will be worth
320000 >>>
the same house was worth about 200000 7 years ago
in those conditions present owners suffer already.. and more to come,, only if you borrowed to much aas your lender suggested...
they are responsible for this
