real estate is similiar to all markets. A bubble will mean that the last 12 months of the boom will get headier and headier, until some people start saying/thinking things like, i could retire to x country/state if i sell my house. So, my guess is we have further to go. Maybe another 20%+ next year in Brisbane will do it. Or the budget brings in some nasty surprise.
