We are in the middle of the housing cycle,but the problem is our economy keep booming when we had a mini housing downturn.
The big impact will be when the USA have a Recession, which in turn drag everybody in it.Especially China which consume our resourses, and thereby stimulate our economy.
Dont ever think that USA had no effect on us,even through China is our main trading partner and the American come in fourth.
But because their economy is so dynamic and world wide it gonna effect everybody.
See what happen two weeks ago with our share market,we are lucky Mr BEN help us our by cutting interest rate.
