obviously youre more an RE bear than me MrSteve which I wasnt sure was possible. I think stagnation will eventually be the go, but RE prices right now just continue to spiral up in defiance of fundamanetals or gravity. I was discussing on another thread how my suburb median went up a staggering 65% in the last year and I personally am shocked. I wont sell because this is my home but I have sold another at a stupid ( for the buyer) price which I laughed at when the RE agent first suggested it. I guess hes laughing now too, he can update his 07 beamer
I dont know why but it seems RE wont follow common sense, so you better at least have a home in case theres no RE crash.
Just my thoughts as I scratch my head wondering why we are not following the US and now UK property crash
