no doubt imo property will correct in aus this year.
Like dominos atm property started correcting in US-->UK-->NZ-->? AUS!
Huge credit problems coming out of US flowing around the world, rising interest rates here, majority over borrowed on there houses = correction by july or sooner is my bet
I cant find a reason to be bullish, property has surged to ridiculous levels, a correction is healthy & overdue.
Property is supposed to be a long term investment, not buy & make few 100k in a year & sell it
