a mini-boom now dude...Brisbane experienced over 15% growth last year...its happening right in front of your face....BOOM!
anyway, we can talk discuss and deliberate till the cows come home...but in the end, I know one thing ---> I'm about to make some seriously nice moolah on one of my townhouse developments in Brisbane's inner-north and that's all I give a rats about.....talkin is cheap!
