Everyone's eyes are very clouded when it comes to Perth property.
The major projects are nearing completion, and the last I checked on Prospectus, nothing major on the drawing board.The few that are command the most just over 100 guys for a 3 month project.
Oh where Oh where are all those thousands of people to go????
Those UK immigrants who where so smart to come down here and stuff our property market paying ludicrous amounts of money are now heading home, a dime a dozen those empty homes above 2mill.
Wait until end of year and you'll snap up bargains.
Us locals might be a bit loco but we have lived through the last cycles and know this town all too well.
