Also agree with your views.
Everytime i tell my perth friends how overpriced everything in WA is,,, i just dont think they believe me. And its not because they get some killer salary or enjoy living in their overleveraged house (like some try to say!!),, they just havnt been over east , lol.
You hit the mark when u mentioned lower prices in QLD over WA (in almost everything). Perth is imo also in bubble mode and it wont be pretty when it slips. The proof is not hard to find either, once you get through a few minutes of B.S with the real estate agents then you start getting to some facts.
Anyone notice REIWA hitting the printing pumps in the media to try to justify the increasing (or not now) perth property market (increasnig pop. high salarys etc). Its one of the reasons why im also on the sidelines, there is better value elsewhere. IMO.
