re: real estate views sydney! oh please you guys ar ebeing harsh on agent76. i don;t him/her from a bar of soap, but there are highs and lows in any market. they are called cycles. geez, i made 180% collectively on 2 properties during the early 2002-late 2003 stage. we are not talking about piddly $20,000 share investments here.
need to pick the right areas, similar to picking stocks or themes in the sharemarket. I have worked in both markets my self.
property has suffered since early 2004 on the eastern seaboard (mainly NSW and Southern QLD). It will rebound. Give it time.
