Well regardless of any sound reason, the Sydney market seems to be firming up in my area.
Maybe its all the sea changers realising life in a small town aint so great and their coming back?

Rents are looking like moving higher because of all the realestate bears looking to rent and competing with the continuing influx of newcomers.
I think inflation (real not reported) is what will eventually save the property market from sliding too much further.
That doesnt make it a good investment however.
So my view, not a buy not a sell just a long slow boring sideways.
