I am certaintly no expert. Booms do not always last.Remember April 2001 tech boom ended. Now have the view, go the opposite to the crowd. If I had the money would buy real estate ( in a good position ) and hold, but unfortunately do not have the cash. I read a few weeks ago in the paper ( cannot remember which Sydney paper ) that people at the top were taking their profits from the market and starting to invest back in the property market as they were becoming a little nervous.
