Hello KapitalK, I understand all that and share your sarcasm however there are some differences between the USA and here take Fannie and Freddie - take the ability of owners to walk away and leave the keys in the letterbox and the banks can't come back at them.
I was not saying we are immune just that the two markets are different and that we may not be as severe. Please see my other posts we are on the same page.
