True I have easily doubled my money in ranging markets, I see your point absolutely correct.
Don't expect your average property investor to have anywhere near your level of knowledge, most have no idea and that is dangerous for them at a time like this IMO.
My expertise in this area is related to finance as you would have gathered. In particular a strong contact that I have spent large amounts of time communicating with - who was prepared to teach me in return for my knowledge. He has been exceptional and a great teacher - we both freely admit when we don't know what the other is talking about instead of pretending.
That way knowledge grows. I also had a stint in real estate for 13 months long ago to get me out of financial trouble and learned a great deal from two seasoned professionals during that time. You obviously have considerable skills in this area as an investor - and a great wit - I have seen that.
