Hi Hobo....interesting find....An undoubtably strong trend downward fron 2003 with lower lows and lower highs.
With the drastic drop in turnover and the ever increasing supply of stock on market we are in for an interesting year ahead...
I too agree with the up to 20% crash group but I think it will take up to a decade for any turn around...
The stars are more in a line than ever now....
