I’ve contacted the ASX (via email) asking how long a company can remain suspended on the ASX before it either has to re-list or for the company to ‘dissolve’. Still no word yet.
I would prefer MIG to just to remove itself from self imposed exile so I can off load my shares and move on (if there was a buyer of course).
Still can’t believe a company worth hundreds of millions of dollars can go bust within 12 months, specially having big players like Foxxcon in its fold.
Such a hugh disappointment !!
