    They told me that a class action can be started. We just need to form a group of shareholder and demanding clarity from the directors of the company. Also if they have resigned they are still responsible and held responsible for any missinterpration of their work with a public listed entity.
    I have been away in business with a lot of commitments so didn't have time to follow up.
    The only reason the company is held in this situation is that if the directors don't want to declare bankruptcy as directors might lose ability to travel and be banned to run or being appointend as directors in other company.
    One of them has already been bankrupt once... an extra reason.

    I don't have time here but if there's any person with spare time to investigate the company there's plenty to do.
    In any case the company is dead we have been fooled and the directors are scared to death of legal actions.
    A sharp decline and an almost total loss in value of that size means that someone knew.
