I am a bit confused with your hypothesis of takeover, Sandune??? Is it not more a case here of the new Chairman's track record in this sort of business; the fact he has wrested the Chairmanship, and the recent annnouncement regarding the reduction in overheads, which combined would be leading to this renewed interest. He owns a fair slab of the company, and therefore a takeover seems odd...but happy to listen. All the best.
