interesting i am only a small holder and i was approached to either hand over my proxy or attend AGM and vote against the re-appointment of retiring chairman back onto the board . Also was told because of divisions on the board a large trading/investment group were sucking up shares with a view to making a good trading profit if there was a run or even calling exord meetings of shareholders every month to shake a few more directors off and appoint their own , hopefully there will be sharebuying either to get or maintain control. I might even buy a few more ,i love a good fight
