Yep China has offered 20 billion that should put a smile on your face.

Now let's think about it seriously.

Any promise,offer or even contract has no merit at all from China now.

The 20 billion is all hot air if you take recent contracts and promises at face value.

Nothing they say or sign has any credibility as far as I'm concerned.

I would love all the global iron ore exporters currently shipping to China to unanimously ignore their current contractual agreements and whack an extra 30% on top their agreed prices. I would love to see Chinas reaction then!
