    Newspapers are reporting that HanLong's takeover offer for Bannerman was never designed to be accepted and merely a way for board members to make further profits from insider trading. Perhaps the offer for SDL was the same and China's NDRC rather than trying rip off SDL shareholders are actually allowing the deal ( albeit at a reduced price) merely to save face.
