There's no specific news on official website. Hence my point that it's all speculation. Me pointing you guys to this website is to warn that unless someone posts something that has the full Chinese Govt authoritative website at the beginning, then you should seriously doubt authenticity of it.
For example, I did a word search of "cross border" and the latest article on the official website is:
