Just sounded like the drilling will be going ahead soon but slightly delayed. One person did not want to wait it seems. One seller took out 1.4 if I'm not mistaken. To make things looks a little worse, one of the buyers at 1.4 for 601k is a trader constantly getting a one tick trade, his sell now at 1.5c. Look at the numbers ending in 1 ie 601 000, 451 000... etc mainly the same person.
