Dont be surprised if banks decide to drop of exit fees with out real resistance under pretext of ethics or whatever,
I believe banks would want to make it easier for those in trouble to shift their loans to somewhere else in turn reducing thier risk.
Gheez so much noise for a mere 0.45 rate rise tells me that we have debt up to our necks.
