I reckon you are giving those RE guys way too much credit, i dont think they have much of a clue and to orchestrate something like that is way beyond them i would say.
Just a bunch of douches who were disconnected from the market and got is way, way wrong.
I think they probably have enough trouble trying to put the lunch orders together for the office.
However, It does bring a wry smile to your dial, very funny.
