    yep - if I were a national TV network buying up property for the purposes of garnering advertising revenue, I wouldn't care about over-paying. Regardless of whether the houses sold or not - Ch9 prob made a tidy sum.
    But it's not really a show about property or prop investment at all - it's about creating unreality TV for the masses - who seem to suck this dreamy stuff up - thinking it's the next best thing to having a money tree planted out the back.
    And haven't the RE parasites thrived on it- till now! Thats the most awesome outcome of this debacle.
