it is not hard to orchestrate this !
you don't even have to keep the idiots that appear on the screen informed...
nobody needs to know anything,if you set up the auction to be a 'sure fail' (high reserve prices...for instance!)
so, all will be truly surprised that millions are not rolling in (due to contestant's lack of knowledge of the market and arogance of professional RE agents and ignorance of general public)
you just need to find a way to charge for it !
thats probably the hardest simply 'cose it is highly illegal but...surely...
