There will always be scandals and law breaking by ALP members.
At its heart the problem is its members believe that the justice of their cause makes it above any laws, norms or rules which get in its way. The "ends justify the means".
This is clear from the actions of unions which own the party. Sally Mc Manus says only laws she agrees with are valid. The progressive movement believes in civil disobedience .
