I believe it was a bargain. Did som eget an even better bargain? Yes but 25c was still a bargain in my view. All depends on whether you're buying on fundamental value or buying to ST trade off a "bottom".

NXS has been a bargain for weeks.

The Mkt cap does not tell us the true worth of a company in real time. In the short term, the SP tells us nothing more than the price at which its stock last exchanged hands. Remember that folks and remember that the market generally overreacts.

Provided NXS can keep its cashflow under control and its head above water, the SP will bounce eventually.
