    ok today is the real test to see if RCH is going anywhere. If it can go up and finish above 3.8c its a buy however my thinking is that it will tank and finish at 3.2c.... if the talk is true that some news is due next week which i highly doubt it will continue to go up and break 4c! good luck to all longs
