Your post caught my interest so thought I would do my own research. Not saying I am a road train expert.... But from what I can tell the weight load limit is based on the axil of the trailer. The weight is distributed across all the axils of the vehicle. Looks like the road trains are this configuration:
So payload weight should be around 100t per trip. Not sure they take 30 mins to unload. There is a picture of one unloading in the announcement. The trailer just tilts up and dumps the ore. But loading could take a bit of time.
My guess would be:
Loading -> 30 mins
Drive -> 80 mins
Unload -> 10mins
Drive -> 80 mins
So call a round trip 3.5 hours. So in 14 hours can nicely fit 4 trips in. So with 2 trucks running that is 8 loads at 100t. So 800t/day or 5600t/wk

This roughly does seem to match there plan to do 90kt by march I think. Things seem to match up as best I can tell.
