BB ... In your calculations, shouldn't $500m be subtracted off the project valuation as half the capex has been raised through equity?
This would then give an EXT sp of $14.58
Alternatively, you could subtract interest costs off the EBITDA. Your method of handling the capex amounts to assuming a project finance interest rate of 10% (since the assumed p/e is 10).
