Ketamine, an answer for you... firstly, congratulations on having picked EXT up at $0.70, and having held onto it for so long. You must be very happy with that.

I really can't answer any of your questions, since it clearly falls into the category of financial advice. You should speak with perhaps your accountant, or a financial advisor, especially if the sums and CGT are large.

As to your questions about whether EXT will reach $20, or what the dividends will be, that is impossible to say. My opinion is that the current EXT share price is lower than it should be, as it does not fully reflect the recent increase in U price, nor does it include any premium for EXT's unusually long-life resource - a 50 year mine is not out of the question. I also think it possible that a takeover could result in a higher share price. But I could be wrong on all 3 counts.

Dividends are even harder to answer. My rough calculations show earnings of roughly A$1.25 per share. How much would the company give as dividends? Who knows? Maybe they will pay down debt, or hoard cash to make further acquisitions? Maybe they will release 50% as dividends, making it about A$0.60 per share. Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to dividends. We are talking such a long time in the future, and we have a mine to build first.

If you are seriously considering what to do, and the sums are large, I strongly suggest you seek professional, paid advice.
