    When was the last time anyone has bought or being able to buy real estate in Australia at a 65% discount?
    You can with ILF right now.
    NTA 25c, share price 10c and as the economies in US and Australia improve NTA will go up.
    Share price should be at a premium to NTA, ING cant even get this right!
