    Yeah all interesting comments, and I appreciate the back and forth on this...

    Re your point: " Renters can put away money to create a buffer in their own wallet." This is probably the biggest problem I am having with all this - why would I want to do this, let alone pay to do this? What is my incentive? Am I earning interest on that buffer? Or, do I receive some sort of rebate for keeping my wallet full to pay bills perhaps...?

    We're all here as investors so we know how capital works; what do I get out of it, as a renter, other than paying (up to) $8/mth? I guess that is ultimately my question
