@Mingman I have see REAs recent ad campaign as well. They are pushing on TV and youtube etc. I do wonder if this was rushed out in response to RNT suddenly getting lots of airplay. They certainly have the cash to knock together a big advertising campaign. I also noticed they word the ads in such a way to make them sound like the #1 website for all realestate activities (and I'm sure on a lot of metrics they are), but is you google 'rent' the rent.com.au website is first on the list followed by REA. There are lots of ways to look at REA/RNT, but ultimately RNT continues to grow its business and as has been said many times they are now profitable. RNT carved out this business in the presence of big boy REA, so whilst they are constant competition, RNT team have managed to get things up and running even with these guys dominating the market. That says to me that Bader and team's different approach renting is working, albeit slowly and have future in front of them. Cheers
