dude, you are thinking small, the folks that will use the service will be globalists who will kill the small builders.
the folks in usa and europe that are planning to use hx are going to take over earth it's construction business they will push out all human competitors, they will rule earth from a capitalistic standpoint, funding hx is peanuts to them.
pivac already slipped and hinted that they will do exclusivity deals, that means the big boys will claim parts of earth were they will use hx to deploy their products in combi with hx and other fbr robots, all the small builders will be killed.
they will fund fbr in return fbr will only build for them
