Hands down ! I did my numbers a few years ago and I’ll repeat 20-30 k saving to the builder ! As Mike said the more they do the cheaper HX will become, its all about quantity! Same as project builders the bigger you are the cheaper your materials are from your suppliers , it’s a no brainer ! As I said once a couple of builders adopt HX the rest will follow suite , they have no choice with a saving like that , either adapted or perish .
