Remember that time Mike posted on LinkedIn the DST being adapted to high rise construction through the use of cranes? It will happen but they need this project to work first before working on the next project, and the next. If they successfully traverse the next 2 years, the payoff could be insane. Each subsequent application will require a diminishing amount of time and money to develop.
Hopefully between now and then, we aren't diluted into oblivion. This is one of the biggest risks.
