Asian markets closed higher:
Tokyo’s Nikkei added 0.3 per cent,
Hong Kong’s Hang Seng advanced 1.7 per cent,
and China’s Shanghai Composite climbed 2.8 per cent.
Asia consumer/investor is cashed up ..and ready to spend .
