Could kind HC posters please confirm my thoughts that I cannot sell this DOG!!!! for capital loss this fin year 12/13 given suspension to 1 July 2013. I got in around Oct 2011. I hold a significant loss like many.

I will not touch this poorly managed and ramped up stock ever again given the suggested significant dilution and current board and management. Seriously after all the poor news how can investors continue to see the positive in this company.

It's been a significant lesson and financial loss for me and others. Who would have thought with such great assets and future lithium use this scenario would be upon us. What an absolute disgrace for retail shareholders.

Surely current management must be held accountable and what can we say about "disclosure" surely we have not be advised accordingly throughout this period of distress. ASIC should investigate this debacle.
