Respect your opinions and understand your arguments. I feel as though at times this forum lacks some well supported arguments and instead just cut and pastes whatever they feel supports their argument.
I am not going to disagree that things look a little scary with the way the world is going. Europe could linger for years to come, especially considering Greece nearly took 2 years. I understand that if Europe melts down, this will have a real impact on Australia. However, as much as it goes against what a lot of people believe in here, for the reasons I have already argued, along with the governments need for a sound property market will cusion the market against any significant falls.
