You can make a deal more attractive to yourself or the owner by offering a longer settlement or a shorter settlement depending on their circumstances. Why would you wait any longer....
Last time the people that didnt buy in the GFC because the bubble was about to burst ended up seeing property prices grow by another 50% over next 15months in most suburbs of Melbourne.
If you are looking at buying in the Gold Coast then why wait any longer??The market has come off considerably and now is probably the best time to get in, like they say, buy in Gloom and sell in Boom!
