Get all the govt grants and they move in a month or two. Very ave couple - bit of hassle as with all property purchases, no guarantees from folks - but they do have an attitude you young guns can benefit from - can do attitude. Someone forgot to tell them all the reasons why you guys said they could not do it. Good area and they will work on it and improve. Maybe - just maybe kids like this are the real champions and something to be proud of.
