It depends on where you take your reference point from.
If you take it back from 2 years it shows it has slowed, if you take it from 2-3 months ago it is probably maintained the 3-4%.
But agree with other posters, the Lynas material is mostly customer specific so it doesn't really matter what the Chinese FOB price is other than a good indication of average value and open market sentiment.
