If memory serves, NC has stated that the price will be related to the China FOB price.
I agree that we cannot yet know what the pricing is going to be but we do know that Chinese FOB price will be a component of the formula that is used to workout pricing.
Also, we know that it can't be much higher than the Chinese price because normal market forces will be in play.
I agree that it is all speculation at this point.
