    I'm with you Dott.
    In the big scheme of things a few cents here and there means nothing.
    Have a look back at the RFE chart in 2009 where it ran from 20 cents to $1.50 in 6 months.
    That's what we're looking for.
    James from Novus capital said earlier this year, CEL could be a 10 bagger.
